I don't know what it is about my little ol' blog that is suspicious, but Blogger has blocked my blog! Part of me is upset and wants to know who is responsible...but I suppose its just one of those things. Hopefully they take it off swiftly, as I want to be published to the world without restriction!

Very First :)

Ok, I'm rather late to this blogging thing, I know. But I'm jumping on the merry bandwagon with my little slice of the internet here with Bella in the City. I'm a city girl, born and raised (West Philly to be exact) and I like to soak up as much Philly as I can every day :) I am African American, a Lesbian, a Mom, and a Student. Whew, that's a lot. So there are many topics that pique my interest, that I think you would be interested in hearing about. My musical tastes are diverse as well as my opinions. I will share the goings on of the city that interest me, and I like to cook so don't be surprised to see some of my favorite recipes posted here as well. I hope you enjoy, and check back often!
